EN 1.4922 stainless steel is a martensitic stainless steel formulated for primary forming in forged products. The specified properties are suitable for normalized and annealed condition. 1.4922 is the EN numerical definition for this material. X20CrMoV11-1 is the EN chemical designation.
X20CrMoV11-1 is a heat treated and martensitic structure, X22CrMoV12-1 is a stainless steel grade similar to 1.4923. 1.4922 round stainless steel is designed for pressures and high temperature applications up to 600 uygulamaları for devices mainly used in the energy, petroleum and chemical industries. Steel is mainly supplied in the form of hot rolled boiler tubes, fittings and sleeves. Unlike 23H12MNF, the above-mentioned grades show much better and more stable strength properties under normalized and tempered + NT conditions. 1.4922 round stainless steel can be classified as one of the heat-resistant grades.
