ARCAP AP1D alloy is an advanced nickel silver alloy that is resistant to corrosion. Alloyed with Pb for even better machining and longer tool life. Depending on the machine tool and tools used, high processing speeds of up to 150 m / min can be achieved. Very smooth surfaces can be obtained at high cutting speeds with anchor cutter tools. This nickel silver alloy allows to prevent and suppress the formation of drill burrs.
