EN 1.4713 stainless steel is a ferritic stainless steel formulated for primary forming in forged products . The features quoted are suitable for the annealed condition. EN 1.4713 - is the numerical designation for this material , EN X10CrAlSi7 is the chemical designation .
It has the lowest base cost among ferritic stainless steels. In addition, it has the lowest tangible energy and moderately low ductility .
