Physikalische Eigenschaften
Edelstahl DIN EN 1.4541 (X6CrNiTi18-10) ist eine Variante von 1.4301. Der Zusatz von Titan stabilisiert Carbide ohne Sensibilisierung, da Titan stabilere Carbide bildet als Chrom. Diese Carbide entfernen Kohlenstoff aus der festen Lösung und verhindern die Ausfällung von Chromcarbid. Daher wird dieses Material auch als stabilisierter Edelstahl bezeichnet. 1.4541 Material hat eine hohe Korrosionsbeständigkeit, gute Schweißbarkeit und Kaltumformbarkeit
